AFTERSALES DEALER NETWORK COORDINATOR (m/f)

The nature of the position requires a confident, proactive and results-oriented individual who is able to adapt to the demands of the role. In this position, you will also work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Finance and Corporate Communications departments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the authorised service network in the areas of after-sales business development, customer satisfaction, service processes and achievement of set targets (daily visits to the dealer service network will be required). 
• Preparing, monitoring and analysing KPI indicators and developing action plans at both the principal level and the level of individual authorised sales and service partners. 
• Analysing and monitoring the competitors. 
• Generating new ideas for improving business performance. 
• Planning the operations and development of the service network. 
• Motivating service network to participate in new projects, implement new processes and achieve set targets. 
• Participating and coordinating after-sales marketing activities. 
• Implementing service standards across the authorised dealer network. 
• Communicating with the principal. 
• Assisting in the resolution of customer complaints.  

• Responsible for national homologation processes.

   

What we expect from you:

• At least a university-level education (VI. level), preferably in a technical field. 
• Previous experience in a comparable position is considered an advantage. 
• Initiative, independence, willingness to work in a dynamic environment and the ability to learn quickly. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills, enjoyment of working with people and a professional appearance. 
• Excellent observation skills and the ability to identify advanced solutions. 
• Excellent command of Romania and English.
• An international mindset and the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment. 
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. 
• Category B driving licence. 
• And, of course, a passion for the automotive industry, including knowledge of basic automotive technology, the vehicle life cycle and service processes.
